Tiger milk mushroom (Lignosus rhinocerotis) is a medicinal mushroom that has been traditionally used in Malaysia and some Asian countries for its health benefits, especially in respiratory health and immune health modulation. It is also used by Malaysian indigenous tribes for relieving asthma, coughs, and joint pain, as well as aiding in postpartum care.

L. rhinocerotis is popular for its sclerotium, containing 50-70% of beta-glucan, a polysaccharide that exhibit anti-inflammatory properties. Its sclerotia occasionally sold in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) stores. TCM practitioners claimed it enhances vitality, energy and alertness.
